Drone Photography | kw Westfield agents page

As we all know, aerial photos can answer a lot of questions before buyers call us, leading to more effective meetings and showings. But, you legally need a license to shoot them. My goal is to charge a price that will help me survive my first few months of being a realtor, and one that makes sense to add aerials to even lower-priced listings. Hopefully, this’ll raise the quality of KW listings across the board.

Every Monday, I’m going to shoot as many listings as I can between my morning meeting/routine and when the sun goes down. Just for our office, I’m offering a quick shoot of the essential photos (usually 10-15; see examples below) for $125. Adding your listing to my list means I’ll shoot it the next Monday (as scheduling and my driving route allow), and I’ll contact you the moment I schedule it or have to delay scheduling it. If you need any drone shots between Mondays, or I’m out of space that day, I can go throughout the week for $175-250, depending on the house, driving distance, and how busy I am. There are a few places that are restricted (like right around the Provo Airport), but they’re few and far between. If you need an emergency re-shoot on the ground while I’m there (interior/exterior), let me know; I have done those as well, but I’m focusing on aerials.

Add your listing and I'll schedule it ASAP!
